Franchisee Identifiers such as Name, email address, physical address, phone number, date of birth, driver’s license number, credit score, IP addresses. Identifiers pertaining to franchisees, their employees, their members, and franchise applicants are provided directly by franchisees or other 3rd Party vendors. This information is used for the provisioning of franchise services or identifying potential franchisees.

Consumer protected information per Cal. Civ. Code § 1798.80(e) such as Name, email address, physical address, phone number, date of birth, financial information. Provided by individuals during registration for our Services. This information is used for the provisioning of the Services. Personal information pertaining to franchisees, their employees, their members, and franchise applicants are provided directly by franchisees. are provided directly by franchisees. Geolocation such as country, physical address, and longitude/latitude coordinates while using our mobile applications. Collected from your device if permitted by settings and from interaction with sites. This information is used for providing the Services, analytics, and marketing optimization.

Commercial Information such as Records of products and services obtained from the Company. Collected automatically when users make purchases for purposes of analyzing and improving our Services.

Internet or other electronic network activity information Information regarding users’ interaction with our website. Collected automatically when users use the website for purposes of improving our services and marketing. For example, we use visitors’ IP addresses to generate look-alike audiences for marketing.
